A typical class will feature two or three rounds of different exercise stations focusing on muscular endurance, strength and cardiovascular fitness building up to a full body workout. We have an area of the gym arena dedicated to our circuit style classes so don’t worry about others who are working out at that time, our trainer’s attention and focus will be solely on motivating you and getting you through the class. Burn fat and increase your fitness ponto!
Our circuits run on a Tuesday and Thursday night at 7:15pm. Feel free to come down to join one of our Circuits sessions, no need to book just turn up or call us for more information on 01905 779093!
