Here at Sanders Fitness we also like to place an emphasis on sustainable nutrition and healthy eating. It's important to understand the impact that diet has on your performance and how to maintain a healthy diet. During your initial fitness consultation, we will also ask you to complete a food diary for a week. We will evaluate how your diet compares with what you should be eating to achieve real results.
