I have been involved in sport and fitness from a very early age starting out at Droitwich rugby club and progressing to represent the county and region at various age groups as well as playing for Worcester Warriors Academy. Gym Instruction and Weight training is a real passion of mine and I have achieved results through a structured weight and cardio fitness programme alongside optimum nutrition. I strive to help others achieve these goals at Sanders Fitness.
